These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the contractual relationship between the client (hereinafter "Client") and MUSE Switzerland SA, whose registered office is c/o Fiduconsult Fidyver SA, En Chamard 35, 1442 Montagny-Yverdon, Switzerland. By using the website www.muse-watches.com ("the Website"), the Client further agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy and the general terms and conditions of use of the Webite.
The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC in their entirety as part of the contract with MUSE Switzerland Ltd. MUSE Switzerland Ltd. does not accept any changes to these terms and conditions made by the client.
These GTC may be amended at any time by MUSE Switzerland Ltd. and replaced by new conditions. Any order placed after MUSE Switzerland Ltd. has published the new version of its General Terms and Conditions, means acceptance of the latter.

The GTC must be accepted during the ordering process and form an integral part of the sales contract.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part within a certain scope, the remaining provisions of these GTC shall remain in force and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be applied to the extent permitted and according to the intention of the parties.
1) All prices displayed on the site are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
2) The prices communicated on the site are indicative and may be modified at any time. The prices invoiced are those in force on the date the order is validated.
3) For orders placed with a delivery address in Switzerland, the prices are indicated in Swiss francs, including Swiss VAT.
4) For orders placed with a delivery address outside of Switzerland, orders are payable in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding taxes. The contract only mentions the price of the item. The buyer is responsible for the payment of the VAT and any customs duties in force in the country of delivery. In order to avoid any errors, MUSE Switzerland Ltd. recommends that the purchasers contact the relevant authorities for further information. MUSE Switzerland Ltd. assumes no liability for the buyer's failure to comply with his legal obligations under the sovereign rights. MUSE Switzerland Ltd cannot be held responsible for the reimbursement of an item seized by the authorities of the country of delivery.

By placing an order, the Customer undertakes to purchase the product(s) he/she has selected in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The sale is concluded when the Customer has validated his/her shopping basket by clicking on the "VALIDATE" button and a confirmation has been sent to him/her by email.
For each order, a confirmation email is sent. Orders placed via the Internet do not constitute a binding contract for MUSE Switzerland Ltd. before written confirmation by MUSE Switzerland Ltd.
The goods remain the property of MUSE Switzerland Ltd. until full payment of the purchase price.
If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The price of the order placed on the website www.muse-watches.com is due immediately upon placing the order. It can be paid by credit card via PayPal or by bank transfer.
The use and processing of PayPal's payment services are subject to the general conditions defined by PayPal according to the country of registration of the PayPal user (www.paypal.com).
By validating an order, the Customer explicitly accepts PayPal's terms of use. The Client is made aware that MUSE Switzerland Ltd. is not responsible for the proper execution of the services provided by Paypal.
MUSE Switzerland Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in case of insolvency, refusal of payment by the bank or unresolved disputes from previous engagements.
All orders accepted by MUSE Switzerland Ltd. shall be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Client.
The responsibility for the goods passes to the Customer upon receipt by the carrier.
The delivery of the ordered goods is done by Swiss Post for Switzerland and/or by Fed Ex for other countries.
Delivery costs within Switzerland are free of charge.
Delivery costs for the EU and the rest of the world are indicated on the website during the ordering process.
Once the goods are ready to be shipped, the delivery time in Switzerland by Swiss Post is about 2 working days.
Delivery times outside Switzerland vary from country to country. It takes between 4 and 12 working days for the EU and 7 to 25 working days for the rest of the world.
These delivery times are not guaranteed by MUSE Switzerland SA as they are beyond our control. MUSE Switzerland Ltd. will inform the Customer of any delay in delivery, but will not be liable to pay any compensation for such delay.
All other delivery costs (e.g. return after warranty or out-of-warranty service) are to be borne by the Customer.
The costs for the return of the products by the Customer to MUSE Switzerland Ltd. are always at the expense of the Customer (especially in case of withdrawal).
The Client is responsible for the insurance of the product(s) sent to MUSE Switzerland Ltd. MUSE Switzerland Ltd. is responsible for the shipment to the Customer.
MUSE watches are guaranteed worldwide for a period of two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Please check the delivered goods for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as for transport damage.
The warranty card that was given to you when you purchased your timepiece must be enclosed with your package.
MUSE Switzerland Ltd. will not honour the warranty on watches sold without a completed warranty card.
The serial number engraved on the case back must be clearly legible and no part of the case back must have been removed, damaged, replaced, altered or made illegible.
Only MUSE Switzerland Ltd. is entitled to decide on the repair or any intervention concerning a MUSE watch covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover :
The Customer has a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the package to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the goods.
Prior to any return, the Customer must contact MUSE Switzerland Ltd. (info) and inform them of the reasons for the return. A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer with instructions on how to proceed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
- purchased in a shop or from a MUSE dealer.
- goods made to order by the Client (personalisation, unique piece), made according to the wishes of the Client.
The products must be returned in new condition, intact and complete in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or give you a refund.
Prepare the package by reusing the MUSE packaging or any other strong, rigid cardboard box.
The shipping costs for the return of the goods are to be borne by the customer and will not be charged to MUSE Switzerland Ltd. We recommend insuring the package to prevent loss or theft.
We normally process returns within 3 working days of receipt.
MUSE Switzerland Ltd. will then refund the customer the price of the returned product(s) or exchange it for another product at the customer's request. We recommend to keep a proof of shipment (post office receipt).
Products returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled (if they are not in a condition to be sold again) cannot be taken back and will therefore not be refunded. The package will be returned to you and there will be no refund.
MUSE Switzerland Ltd. undertakes to comply with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation.
MUSE Switzerland Ltd. undertakes to take all possible technical and organisational measures to ensure that data generated and exchanged in the course of the execution of the contract does not become known to unauthorised third parties.
Personal data may only be processed to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract. In addition, personal data may be passed on to a company affiliated with one of the parties to the contract and established in Switzerland or abroad, provided that this is necessary for the performance of the contract and that the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation are observed.
