All our watches are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purcgase, valid worldwide. The warranty conditions can be consulted in the general terms and conditions (GTC).

Instructions for use are delivered with each watch and are available in the Warranty Service section.

MUSE watches are delivered in a lacquered wooden box, with an international warranty card, instructions for use and a certificate of authenticity.

The warranty card is duly filled in with the serial number, the limited serial number, the watch reference and the full name of the buyer. Please keep it in a safe place as you will need it for any maintenance or repair of your watch.

Please note that by removing the support for the watch, you can easily transform your case to find a new use for it. A jewelry box for example.

All our watches work with an automatic mechanical movement. It is the movement of your wrist that winds the watch thanks to its oscillating weight.

The precision of a mechanical watch is relative because it can be influenced by several parameters such as the habits of the wearer, the stresses on the movement or its environment. For example, magnetism can influence the accuracy of your watch. MUSE recommends that you avoid exposure to loudspeakers, certain digital tablets or other objects with strong magnets. Under normal conditions, the accuracy of MUSE watches is within -5/+10 seconds per day.

MUSE watches, when fully wound, have a minimum power reserve of 48 hours. This power reserve is directly related to the activity of the wearer. As a guide, wearing your MUSE for 10-12 hours a day is normally enough to produce a power reserve of 20 hours or more. This allows your watch to continue to function overnight.
If your watch has stopped because you have not worn it for several days, simply unscrew the crown, reset your watch and screw the crown back in.
By this simple manipulation, you will already have an autonomy of about 2 hours. Then, the movements of your wrist during the day will take over the manual winding and will allow you to be autonomous in energy.

All MUSE watches are tested to 5 ATM or 50 m. They are water resistant and suitable for everyday use: splashing water, hand washing, rain etc.
However, they are not sports watches and we do not recommend wearing them underwater for aquatic activities. Keeping away from water will also preserve the life of your leather strap.
To ensure water resistance, the crown must be screwed down and should not be handled underwater under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to your user manual.

Shocks: Avoid any shock. Your MUSE is a delicate piece of jewelry, with semi-precious stone dials less than 0.4mm thick. It is therefore strongly recommended not to play sports with your MUSE.

Magnetic fields: Do not expose your watch to strong magnetic fields such as a loudspeaker, refrigerator, or other electromagnetic device.

Crown: Screw it on carefully to prevent water from entering the mechanism.

Cleaning: Clean your watch with soapy water and a toothbrush and dry it with a soft cloth.

Chemicals: Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc., which may damage the bracelet, case or gaskets.

Temperatures: Do not expose your watch to sudden changes in temperature such as exposure to sunlight followed by immersion in cold water. Also avoid extreme temperatures above 60°C (140°F) or below -20°C (32°F).

In addition to these measures, we also recommend maintenance service every 3-5 years at the MUSE service center.

As with all precision mechanics, our watches need maintenance. We recommend regular service every 3 to 5 years and full service every 6 to 8 years at the authorized MUSE center.

Yes, because all our watch cases are made of titanium. This material is totally hypoallergenic and therefore nickel-free. It is also 50% lighter than steel, which makes it extremely comfortable to wear.

PVD stands for "Physical Vapor Deposition". It is a process carried out under vacuum, which consists in depositing microscopic particles of metals on a surface by bombardment or spraying of ions. The PVD deposit allows to obtain very thin layers of the order of the micron and forms a protective coating of a specific color (black, yellow, pink gold, gray, bronze,...).

CVD is the English initials for "Chemical Vapor Deposition". It is a process carried out under vacuum, which consists in depositing microscopic particles of oxides and hydrocarbons at different temperatures and during variable times on a surface. Transparent atomic layers - called interferential - are formed and create a coating with a thickness of about one micron. CVD allows to obtain more vivid colors than PVD (orange, violet, blue, green, pink, and many shades of these colors ...)

Luminova and superluminova are registered trademarks of RCTritec, manufacturer of luminescent powders. These powders (pigments) do not contain any radioactive elements, such as tritium, which was used in watchmaking at the end of the last century. They store sunlight during the day and release it at night, making it easier to read on the hands and dials.

To return a product, follow these instructions:

1. Inform MUSE of your wish to return your order at: info @ muse-watches.com. Specify in your message if you wish to exchange your item for another or if you wish a refund. In both cases, a confirmation email will be sent to you specifying the procedure to follow.
2. Make sure that all items are in new condition, intact and complete in their original packaging. If not, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise or refund your money.
3. Prepare the package by reusing the MUSE packaging or other sturdy, rigid cardboard box. We strongly recommend insuring the package to prevent loss or theft.

We normally process returns within 3 business days of receipt. Once your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
