Each MUSE watch has an individual serial number that guarantees its origin and authenticity.
The MUSE warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
In order to benefit from this warranty, you must present the completed MUSE warranty card.
We therefore recommend that you keep it in a safe place.
However, if you have lost your warranty card and wish to activate it, your purchase invoice issued by MUSE can be accepted.
Only MUSE customer service can decide on the repair or any other intervention concerning a MUSE watch covered by the warranty.
MUSE reserves the right not to repair or service watches that have been modified or repaired by a dealer or repair centre not authorised by MUSE.
