Delivery is free of charge for all our customers worldwide. However, we reserve the right not to deliver to certain countries, particularly in conflict zones.

30 day return

We are committed to providing you with high quality products.

However, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it to us free of charge and without explanation. We will exchange or refund the product at your convenience.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products. Customised designs cannot be exchanged or refunded. The procedure for returns is indicated in the Generals Terms and Conditions.

Prices and transparency

We want you to be clear about the price of your watch. 

If your delivery address is in Switzerland, you pay the price shown, which already includes Swiss VAT.
If your delivery address is outside Switzerland, your watch will be invoiced in the currency of the country, excluding VAT.
Any customs duties and VAT applicable in the country of delivery will be charged to you.
